Once a booking request is received, our Front Desk team will contact you to verify your reservation details. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and reachable.

Reservation Fee

A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm and secure your booking. Payment instructions will be provided after your reservation has been verified by our Front Desk.

Payment Terms

Reservations will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the required reservation fee. Failure to settle the payment within the given time may result in the automatic release of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or failure to arrive on the scheduled date. Modifications Requests for changes (such as dates or room types) are subject to availability and must be coordinated with our Front Desk. Additional charges may apply.
